Our Beginnings
In 2016, Hitesh Kharra made a massive career pivot. After traveling the world for years as an international cabin crew member with Qatar Airways, he returned home to India with a deep understanding of what global excellence actually looks like. He had seen firsthand how top-tier organizations run on absolute precision and practical execution. Looking at the landscape back home, he noticed a stark gap between what standard classrooms teach and what the modern professional world actually demands. That specific realization led to the founding of BharatSkill Council. We didn’t set out to create just another rigid corporate training company; it began as a direct, deeply personal mission to shift how professional talent is developed across India
Rewriting the Rules for Classrooms and Corporations
Our core focus is simple: drive practical, real-world skill development across the country. But to make a genuine impact on a national scale, we couldn’t just train the students—we had to empower the people standing at the front of the room.
This is why we introduced the Train the Teacher Program right at our launch in 2018. It remains our most impactful initiative. We work closely with schools and colleges to completely change how educators engage with their classrooms. Instead of traditional, one-way lectures, we give teachers practical pedagogical toolkits, modern student psychology strategies, and interactive methods that make learning stick.
At the exact same time, we operate directly on the corporate floor. Our team builds and delivers intensive training programs designed for fast-paced, high-pressure environments. We work on the ground with major banking institutions, financial firms, logistics companies, and corporate management teams to sharpen daily operational productivity and build real, practical leadership.
Fostering Growth Through National Recognition
Real professional growth cannot happen without motivation. To keep industries moving forward and to celebrate the people making a true impact, BharatSkill Council hosts high-profile annual corporate conferences and major national award ceremonies.
Since 2018, we have steadily built and maintained highly respected platforms to honor pioneers across diverse business sectors. Our longest-running legacy event is the International Educators Conclave. We designed this specific platform to honor the massive contributions of elite immigration consultants and top-tier IELTS institutes who actively streamline international student mobility and global education.
We also bring together master architects, structural engineers, and innovative interior designers through the National Architectural Design & Structural Excellence Awards, celebrating the people actively changing the aesthetics and physical skyline of modern India. Traditional fields receive the same rigorous validation at The Astro-Science Heritage & Excellence Summit, where we recognize prominent astrologers and vastu experts who bring a structured, scientific approach to traditional heritage sciences.
For the wider commercial landscape, the Global Business Leadership & Corporate Nexus Awards serves as an exclusive platform honoring the pure grit of visionary entrepreneurs, small-to-medium business owners (MSMEs), and executives setting new corporate benchmarks.
We also give independent boutiques, local clothing brands, and independent apparel designers a major corporate stage at The Couture Heritage & Boutique Fashion Exposition, which combines a dedicated promotional runway show with formal merit awards.
Finally, community collaboration takes center stage at The BharatUnity Corporate Marathon—our high-energy annual fitness and networking initiative that brings together corporate employees, college students, and everyday citizens to foster teamwork and endurance.
