After flying across the globe as part of the Qatar Airways cabin crew, Hitesh Khara noticed a massive gap in how practical skills were being taught back home, which is exactly why he started BharatSkill Council to completely change the landscape. Instead of standard, boring lectures, our primary focus centers on real-world training, driven largely by our flagship Train the Teacher program that gives educators active toolkits to run modern classrooms. We also work directly on the ground with corporate teams—especially in fast-paced sectors like banking—to majorly sharpen day-to-day operational productivity. To keep people inspired, we put together massive annual recognition events, award nights, and marathons, featuring our signature International Educators Conclave for elite immigration and IELTS platforms.
